Ops business line delivers solutions to all organizations across the airport ecosystem (airports, airlines, ground handlers, border control, etc. ). Within the newly created Air
Ops Market Product Marketing Management (PMM) team, you will identify the growth opportunities and value propositions of the future solutions of our Flight, Ground & Airport Operations portfolio. Working closely with multiple stakeholders including Product Managers, Engineers, Sales, Marketing, you will have a unique opportunity to make travel work better and smarter. You will collaborate with other Product Marketing teams, as well as Product Management, Sales, Business Performance, Finance, and other functions to ensure a consistent, data‑driven, and customer‑focused approach. 
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze market dynamics, industry trends and competitive landscape.
 - Map the job‑to‑be‑done and strategic challenges our customers are facing.
 - Develop and articulate an impactful business‑driven value proposition addressing customer needs and pain points.
 - Build value calculators to assess the ROI of our solutions for our customers.
 - Position the solution in the portfolio and define commercial offering / commercial strategy to ensure profitability of our solutions.
 - Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure alignment across product, sales, marketing and legal teams.
 - Equip sales and marketing teams with relevant assets to foster knowledge sharing and stimulate lead creation (e. g. pitch, demos, white papers, online campaigns, events).
 - Create feedback loop with commercials teams for continuous improvement of our solutions and assets.
 - Define success metrics for product marketing initiatives and monitor performance.
 
What You Will Bring
- Proven expertise (ideally more than 8 years) in Product Marketing, Product Management, Portfolio Management or Strategy, preferably in a technology or travel‑related industry.
 - Strategic thinker with the ability to assess complex problems and propose impactful solutions.
 - Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
 - Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a global environment.
 - English verbal & written communication skills.
