Job Title: Product Marketing Principal Specialist - Pricing and Monetization
Business Environment The Amadeus Air
Ops business line delivers solutions to all players across the airport ecosystem, including airports, airlines, ground handlers, border control, and more. 
Within the newly created Air
Ops Market Product Marketing Management (PMM) team, as the Air
Ops Solutions Monetization & Pricing Lead Specialist, you will collaborate with the Monetization & Pricing Head to develop and implement strategies that enhance revenue growth, support profitability, and align with Air
Ops business goals for both existing and new solutions serving airlines, airports, ground handlers, and border control customers. 
You will work closely with Product Marketing teams, Product Management, Sales, Business Performance, Finance, and other functions to ensure a consistent, 
- driven, and
- focused approach to pricing. 
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of monetization and pricing strategies for Air
 Ops new solutions and commercial packages, as well as evolving existing ones. This includes analyzing the pricing landscape, assessing costs and profitability, collaborating with pricing counterparts in other business lines, and providing input on
 - based pricing models and metrics.
- Contribute to the definition and harmonization of Air
 Ops price levels and standard product pricing. Partner with Product Managers (PMs) and Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), support commercial teams on customer deals, and facilitate internal learning and development on monetization and pricing models.
- Monitor pricing performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend adjustments. Participate in customer surveys, pilot initiatives, and the rollout of new pricing approaches.
- Support the adaptation of pricing processes in line with Customer Lifecycle (CLC) and Product Lifecycle (PLC) transformation. Collaborate with governance, deal management, sales, and regional teams to ensure harmonization.
- Assist in the development and revision of Air
 Ops Commercial Policies and Guidelines. Contribute to updates in collaboration with deal management and sales, and support improvements and standardization initiatives.
About The Ideal Candidate
- At least 7 years of experience in pricing and monetization strategy, commercial negotiations, or product marketing, preferably in the travel or technology industry.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful pricing or commercial strategies for complex solutions across different regions and segments.
- Experience in managing projects with positive outcomes, including those involving change management.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, pricing models, metrics, and pricing research methodologies.
- Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Proficient
 - solving skills with a focus on achieving outcomes using data and insights.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient English verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Airline and/or Airport business and familiarity with Amadeus internal network is beneficial.
