- being. We"re looking for a Product Master Data Facilitator to join their dedicated team.

The Product Master Data Facilitator is responsible for supporting the NOI (New Offers Introduction) team during the implementation of the Electra project.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing activities related to implementing the product master data into SAP S/4HANA, ensuring business requirements are met and a smooth transition to the new system.

• Assist the SME (Subject Matter Expert) and Key Users within the NOI team in all activities related to the SAP Implementation, acting as a bridge with the Electra Development team (EDT).
• Coordinate and execute activities throughout the project phases, while assisting in daily activities and tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Analyze operations and processes, and facilitate requirements to support the the drafting of Electra's technical specifications.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams in Operations, Commercial, and IT to analyze and enhance existing processes and systems and integrate SAP with legacy systems.
• Support the master data set up in SAP: data preparation, cleansing, enrichment, transformation, migration, testing and validation of the implemented solution.
• Ensure a project documentation and prepare presentation and documents.

competências

• 3+ years in MDG, Master Data Processing.
• Experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA
  - life cycle implementation.
• Hands-on configuration and business processes design experience, desirable.
• High level in Microsoft Office package, mainly in Excel and macros development.
• Strong project coordination, organizational and communication skills.
• Technical or superior degree on Engenieering, IT, Business Administration
• SAP Certification (good to have)
• Languages: english and portuguese (mandatory)
