Product Operations Team

Our Product Operations team is responsible for keeping our products running smoothly. We ensure consistent performance and resolve issues through proactive monitoring and early intervention before customers are impacted.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and enhance monitoring tools to deliver consistent, reliable performance
• Expand alerting system to detect issues
• Monitor product performance and service levels, troubleshoot problems, and engage the right team on response needed
• Conduct deeper analysis for problem management, collaborate cross‑team, and follow up on issues
• Forecast resource needs for performance stability (IPs, etc. )
• Establish KPIs and Quality of Service standards and generate KPI and SLA reports
• Address issues identified by alerting, including root cause analysis and collaboration with product engineering
• Manage IPs—forecasting capacity and geo needs based on trends, manage costs, vendors, and market research
• Apply configuration updates that impact global settings or specific nodes to improve performance for all

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a similar role or any cross‑functional technical role
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Kibana, Grafana, Google Data Studio, SQL)
• Good understanding of computer networks (DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, TLS/SSL)
• Good understanding of proxies, web‑browsers, and internet protocols
• Working knowledge of web programming and standards (HTML, Javascript, APIs, REST, JSON, My
  SQL) is desirable
• Experience working with APIs and web services is desirable
• Familiarity with Linux/UNIX or mac
  OS command‑line tools
• Good understanding of Python or any common scripting language to automate on the go
• Excellent verbal and written English skills and ability to articulate a complex system or problem
• Strong team player with good analytical and technical writing skills
• Strong collaboration skills
• Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple priorities and commitments
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
