Job Description:
As the Product Owner AI Services for Customer Service Transformation (m/f/d), you will be a key player in driving SIXT's innovative,
- focused solutions in a global omnichannel service ecosystem. You will lead the development of advanced virtual agents, aiming to automate and enhance the customer experience across voice, chatbots, and other channels. Your responsibilities include managing the full product lifecycle—from gathering requirements to market launch and performance tracking—while driving the Conversational AI roadmap.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- Develop innovative,
- oriented solutions around "virtual agent" in the context of Customer Service globally - Ensure
-
- class customer experience assistance supporting deflection and automation targets - Drive the Conversational AI roadmap as part of the Customer Service Transformation
- Analyze market trends and evaluate tooling landscape to foster innovation in line with product strategy
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from requirements gathering to market launch, including KPI and experimentation frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels, from service agents to C-level executives
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience: 5+ years in digital Product Management (discovery and delivery) in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban), scaling product teams
- Tools: Experience with chat and voice bots; familiarity with conversational AI platforms such as Genesys is preferred
- Self-Starter: Logical, analytical, strategic, structured, and
- driven - Passion: Creative
- solver, proactive, and committed to building great products - Result-oriented: Set clear goals, analyze KPIs daily, and continuously improve product performance
- Communication: Skilled in multicultural stakeholder management,
- making, and effective communication
