What You’ll Do
- Own the Customer Portal product for Germany and Austria, driving its vision, strategy and roadmap;
- Lead ideation, validation and prioritization of new features in collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers;
- Create and deliver a value‑driven product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives;
- Oversee the replacement and modernization of legacy systems, establishing a robust digital foundation;
- Collaborate continuously with other product teams to ensure integration and consistency across platforms;
- Promote agile principles (Scrum, Kanban), encouraging innovation and continuous improvement within the team;
- Represent customer needs within the organization and ensure exceptional digital user experience;
- Travel periodically (6‑8 times per year) to Germany for workshops and stakeholder alignment;
- Hybrid work model.
What You Are
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in digital platforms, e‑commerce portals or customer‑facing applications;
- Strong value creation mindset, focusing on tangible business impact;
- Solid understanding of frontend development and API integration;
- Experience working in heterogeneous system landscapes and B2X environments;
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Curiosity and drive to understand the German and Austrian parcel logistics markets;
- Fluent English (C1) both written and spoken; German is a plus;
- Availability to travel to Germany regularly (approx. 6‑8 times per year);
- Nice to have: Previous experience in the logistics sector.
