This is a remote position.

• Define and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals and stakeholder input;
  
• Write clear and detailed user stories and acceptance criteria based on business needs;
  
• Collaborate daily with
  - functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and business analysts;
  
• Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily
  - ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;
  
• Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications;
  
• Use backlog management tools like Azure Dev
  Ops to track progress and manage tasks;
  
• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment and transparency;
  
• Continuously gather feedback from stakeholders and end users to refine product features and priorities;
  
• Analyze product performance data to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement;
  
• Communicate effectively in both English and German with technical and
  - technical stakeholders;
  
• Mitigate risks and resolve conflicts or blockers that arise during the development cycle.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Owner in a
  - driven environment;
  
• Solid understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework;
  
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements;
  
• Hands-on experience with tools like Azure Dev
  Ops or similar backlog management platforms;
  
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and
  - technical stakeholders;
  
• Strong analytical and
  - solving mindset;
  
• Ability to work effectively in a
  - functional,
  - paced environment;
  
• Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
  

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO);
  
• Experience with user acceptance testing and manual frontend validation;
  
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and prototyping tools (e. g. , Figma, Balsamiq).
