About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of a new fiat onramping aggregator platform. This role will focus on integrating multiple fiat-to-crypto providers to offer users the best available options for converting traditional currencies into crypto. You’ll take ownership of building the core product experience, optimizing provider recommendations, and ensuring seamless integration with both internal and partner products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the
  -
  - end product lifecycle for a fiat onramping aggregator, from ideation and scoping through to development, launch, and iteration.
• Drive the ongoing integration of fiat onramp providers to expand geographic and payment method coverage while ensuring regulatory and technical compatibility.
• Oversee the development and implementation of a recommendation algorithm that prioritizes providers based on user location, available payment methods, pricing, and historical conversion success.
• Manage the build and optimization of the standalone aggregator website, including its integration with other products within the ecosystem.
• Use product analytics and A/B testing to monitor performance, optimize conversion rates, and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, legal, and compliance to deliver features that meet user needs and business goals.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends in fiat onramping, payments, and crypto accessibility to inform strategic product decisions.
• Communicate progress and insights regularly to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
  
  

About You

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager, with a strong focus on product development, preferably within fintech, crypto, or payment infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of fiat onramping, payment providers, and the regulatory landscape around crypto transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead
  - functional teams and manage complex integrations across multiple providers and systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive
  - making and optimize product performance.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, with a track record of delivering
  - impact products in
  - paced environments.
• A proactive,
  - oriented approach and comfort working in ambiguity as you build 0-to-1 products.
• Passionate about improving crypto accessibility and driving real user impact through thoughtful product experiences.
