Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Product Management and Engineering to support ISV and
- related development. - Collect and refine requirements from ISV partners, market‑facing Product Managers, internal teams, and end users.
- Coordinate the creation of mockups, prototypes, and requirement documentation.
- Maintain and prioritise the product backlog to maximise outcomes aligned with product strategy.
- Write and present Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
- Review and approve functional specifications, ensuring alignment with intended use cases and partner needs.
- Oversee delivery progress and provide decisions that help remove blockers during development.
- Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Coordinate testing cycles, including UAT, alpha, and beta programmes.
- Collect, coordinate, and prioritise bug fixes and usability improvements.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a related field.
- Experience in B2B Saa
S, business analysis, or product development preferred. - Strong understanding of software architecture and APIs, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear product requirements.
- Full understanding of the Product Owner role within an Agile environment.
- Strong judgement and decision‑making skills, with the ability to act quickly when required.
- Experience mentoring or advising teams on PO best practices.
- Ability to manage a multi‑team backlog without requiring daily oversight.
