Your mission will be…

1. Be responsible for Team Backlog and priorities
2. Ensure stories are prepared and participate/contribute in Agile Planning meetings (PI)
3. Accept
   - /enabler stories, participate in team demos and retrospectives
4. Build/support an effective Agile team and its interfaces (PO, PM, SM, Architect, Dev. Team)
5. Ensure quality
6. Bring together system knowledge and customer needs
7. Manage user base, Time reporting, Internal/External KPI, Shopping Cards (old: operations management)
8. Track and communicate Service Level and keep targets, coordinate and escalate with suppliers (old: Service Owner), manage service performance and communicate to business stakeholders about releases
9. Plan, align, and track releases (release management)
10. Support countries/regions during the global rollout (data migration, planning of administrative structure, initial configuration)
11. Collaborate closely with Product Manager
12. Serve as the main technical contact for all topics related to the product

We are looking for someone with…

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
• More than 3 years of proven experience as a project manager and/or product owner in IT
• Advanced knowledge of Project Management principles, concepts, procedures, practices, and tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills with advanced
  - solving abilities
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and
  - tasking capability
• Fluent English skills; additional languages like German are a plus
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience working in a DEV/OPS environment
• Entrepreneurial skills: leadership, output orientation, value and user happiness focus, assertiveness, futurist thinking, analytical skills, negotiation, business administration, and commercial capabilities
• Customer/provider relationship management soft skills (stakeholder management, customer centricity, conflict management, leadership)
• Provider Management Skills
• IT and Business competencies
