You will be responsible for the connection between the operator and the telecommunications equipment manufacturers and all entities that make up the operator's
- sales/repair ecosystem, with the aim of ensuring an excellent customer experience after the product purchase. * After sales for mobile and fixed devices* Relation between operator and different device suppliers* Implement and grow after sales as a service (as a revenue stream)* Cost optimization for after sales and owner of after sales P&L* Drive implementation and grow of after sales as a service with MKT and Retail teams## **Who you are*** Bachelor/Master in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields* Proven experience in
- sales or
- sales functions, preferably in the telecommunications or retail sector* Ability to analyze the market, identify opportunities, and design innovative repair services* Experience in building business cases, including feasibility analysis, revenue and cost projections, and KPI definition* Strong understanding of mobile device and/or consumer electronics repair processes* Experience managing the full lifecycle of products/services, from concept to
- store implementation* Negotiation and partnership management skills with international manufacturers and technical centers* Dynamic profile,
- oriented, and innovative* Communication, organization, and
- solving skills* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools, data analysis, and other specific
