Overview

The Product Owner for ONE APP Business is responsible for the development and management of Vodafone’s mobile application for enterprise customers, focusing on delivering seamless digital experiences tailored to the So
Ho segment. The role ensures the app serves as a high‑performing channel for account and service management, user engagement, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define the capabilities and journeys vision and coordinate with stakeholders;
• Align with other Product Owners to maximize synergies and ensure journeys’ consistency across digital channels;
• Focus the team on delivering business value in regular increments;
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, benefits and use cases and split them into smaller deliverables, such as user stories;
• Develop the scope of the MVP, taking into account the customer life cycle;
• Responsible for defining and tracking Objective Key Results (OKRs) and KPIs as part of the quarterly business reviews (QBR) process;
• Use data to develop and define user stories and acceptance criteria from the feature and capability roadmap;
• Identify and articulate integration requirements with appropriate systems;
• Contribute to the squad with relevant business/product knowledge in task development;
• Prioritize initiatives to achieve business objectives and continuously update the backlog;
• Participate in sprint planning to reaffirm priorities and clarify requirements;
• Approve the final release plan and accept all deliverables against defined user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Work closely with analytics teams to monitor and continuously improve results;
• Engage stakeholders and senior leaders regularly on all aspects of capability development.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project or product management, consulting, marketing or similar; preferably with previous experience as a Product Owner or similar role;
• Strong project management and organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment;
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making;
• Able to tackle challenges, understand root causes and make informed decisions to deliver business impact;
• Understanding of agile methodologies (Kanban, Lean, Scrum, Design Thinking) and ability to apply agile ways of working, acting as a role model of the agile mindset and principles;
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams and stakeholders;
• Highly energetic, with a “can‑do” attitude and a desire to self‑develop;
• Strong knowledge of e‑commerce, online sales processes and customer journey optimization, focused on driving conversions and sales;
• Knowledge of Telco industry is a plus;
• Nice to have: familiarity with Jira, Pega Marketing, React;
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
