Your Role at SIXT

1. Build innovative pricing products with global impact, collaborating mainly with the US market to enhance current price optimization models using competitive data.
2. Conduct quantitative analysis of competitive data to inform strategies aligned with demand fluctuations and seasonal trends.
3. Lead virtual teams in designing, developing, and evaluating models and analyses to support pricing decisions, aiming to maximize revenue per fleet/car day.
4. Track the business impact of your products, understand KPIs and metrics, and prioritize your backlog accordingly.
5. Shape the pricing and yield vision, roadmap, and products in collaboration with the international pricing and yield management team.

Your Skills Matter

1. Experience and deep understanding of Pricing and/or Yield, with exposure to
   - based pricing models and customer behavior analysis.
2. University degree in a relevant field or proven experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in an agile environment, with fluent English and knowledge of JIRA/Confluence.
3. Strong skills in analytics software (e. g. , Python) and database querying (e. g. , SQL).
4. Ability to link analytical insights to business strategy and financial performance.
5. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to
   - technical stakeholders, including senior executives, and demonstrated leadership in managing projects and influencing teams.
