Job Description

Service:

Project Manager responsible for the governance of the Global Data Platform program.

Context:

The Global Data Platform is a strategic initiative designed to overcome current challenges related to security, technical limitations, and business misalignments within the existing Data Platform. This program will introduce enhanced technical capabilities and a new operating model, enabling the delivery of Global Data Products across multiple entities. Leveraging a Data Mesh approach, the program aims to improve data quality and facilitate seamless data sharing. The platform's delivery is scheduled to begin in 2025, following the design phase, with full deployment targeted by the end of 2027.

Scope of Services:

Manage the overall governance of the Global Data Platform program

Organize and lead weekly governance meetings and steering committees, ensuring active stakeholder participation and effective
- making

Maintain a strategic vision of the program, understanding challenges and interactions between the client and its various entities to ensure alignment with overarching objectives

Collaborate closely with C-level stakeholders and navigate the complexities of
- scale,
- entity programs

Key Deliverables:

Governance documentation and ad hoc presentations for Executive Committees and Management Committees

Agendas, slide decks, and minutes for weekly governance meetings

Agendas, slide decks, and minutes for steering committees

Comprehensive governance documentation, including roles, responsibilities, and defined processes

Status reports detailing program progress, milestones, and risks

A detailed program execution plan outlining major activities and key timelines

Required Expertise:

Proven adaptability and resilience in managing complex and evolving environments

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Proactive and
- oriented mindset

Demonstrated experience in leading
- scale programs in complex organizational contexts

Solid background in PMO or project management roles

Full professional fluency in both English and French (C2 level)
