PRODUCT OWNER / PROJECT MANAGER (HYBRID)

Portuguese company hiring for hybrid work in Lisbon, Portugal.

Job Details:

Service: Project Manager responsible for governance of the Global Data Platform program.

Context: The program aims to address security, technical limitations, and business misalignments within the existing Data Platform, introducing enhanced capabilities and a new operating model leveraging Data Mesh principles. Full deployment is scheduled from 2025 to 2027.

Scope of Services:

• Manage governance of the Global Data Platform program
• Lead weekly governance meetings and steering committees with stakeholder participation
• Maintain strategic program vision and ensure alignment across entities
• Collaborate with C-level stakeholders in a complex,
  - entity environment
• Prepare governance documentation, presentations, agendas, slide decks, and minutes
• Document roles, responsibilities, and processes
• Provide status reports on progress, milestones, and risks
• Develop detailed program execution plans

Required Expertise:

• Ability to manage complex and evolving environments with resilience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive,
  - oriented approach
• Experience leading
  - scale programs in complex organizations
• Background in PMO or project management roles
• Full professional fluency in English and French (C2 level)
