What we are looking for

• 4 to 6+ years of experience in
  - end development, QA, UX, or digital project management
• Experience coordinating technical and business teams, ensuring delivery of
  - quality audits and reports
• Experience translating technical results into clear, actionable recommendations for product teams
• Ability to lead and support a small team (2–3 people) in
  -
  - day work
• IAAP certification (CPACC, WAS, or ADS) valued
• Capacity to act as main point of contact with the client, ensuring alignment between needs and deliverables
• Knowledge of digital accessibility standards (WCAG 2. 2, RGAA) and assistive technologies is a plus
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum) and engaging with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, proactive and structured mindset
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and monitor accessibility audit activities
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in French and English – minimum B2
