Your Mission

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap;
• Work closely with stakeholders to ideate, validate, and deliver impactful new features;
• Oversee the modernization and integration of legacy systems into a unified digital platform;
• Collaborate continuously with
  - functional teams to ensure business and technical alignment;
• Promote agile principles and a culture of innovation within the product team.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner within digital platforms,
  - commerce, or
  - facing applications;
• Understanding of frontend development and API integrations;
• Experience working in agile environments with tools such as Jira and Confluence;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with international teams and stakeholders;
• Willingness to travel to Germany several times a year;
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is essential;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with logistics or parcel delivery industries;
• Experience with B2B or B2C digital solutions and heterogeneous system landscapes;
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and value creation;
• German language skills will be considered a strong plus;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
