About the Challenge

Eneida is currently looking for a Product Owner to translate the business needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements, ensuring the delivery of
- quality products that provide real value to clients. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. You will collaborate closely with Engineering teams to ensure products are developed in line with user expectations. Throughout your journey, you will work closely with both Product and Engineering teams to drive successful outcomes.

What you’ll do:

• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog, based on customer value, business goals, and the strategic direction set by the Product Manager;
  
  
• Making informed decisions on priorities,
  - offs, and scope throughout the delivery cycle to ensure value is delivered in every sprint;
  
  
• Responding quickly to urgent or unexpected situations, reassessing priorities based on business impact, and escalating to the Product Manager when broader
  - offs are required;
  
  
• Working closely with engineering teams to clarify requirements, answer questions, and ensure backlog items are
  - defined and ready for development;
  
  
• Representing the voice of the user and ensuring that delivered features address real user needs and problems;
  
  
• Participating actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, to ensure continuous delivery of value aligned with product goals.
• Facilitate seamless product delivery by identifying
  - team dependencies and collaborating closely with other Product Owners to maintain alignment and continuity.
• Ensuring that delivered features and technical implementations comply with relevant performance, security, and regulatory standards;
  
  
• Supporting operational readiness, collaborating with stakeholders to meet
  - wide standards and governance expectations;
  
  

What we’re Looking for:

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• +5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Strong focus on delivering
  - quality products that bring real value to clients;
  
  
• Proven abilityto collaborate closely with Engineering teams to align product development with user expectations;
  
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
  
  
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the electricity or energy industry, with a preferred understanding of the electric grid, including emerging technologies.
• Experience with Scrum product development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of business operations and the collaboration between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Experience in implementing, enforcing, and optimizing processes using AI-driven solutions.
• Experience in implementing and enforcing processes and optimize them with AI.
• Experience working with data science or machine learning teams.
• CSPO Certification.
