Media Portugal is seeking a Product Owner to join our Product team.

Our platform is used by companies worldwide, including banks, major retailers, telcos, and call centers. We manage big data in
- time, handling thousands of millions of pageviews and millions of calls per year, providing services such as Click2Call, call tracking, inbound calls, IVRs, etc.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with Product Managers and the Commercial team to understand
  - level business requirements and translate them into detailed user story level requirements for implementation within Scrum teams
• Collaborate with the Design team to achieve the next UI and UX requirements
• Work with Agile scrum teams and participate in scrum ceremonies
• Manage the team backlog to deliver products on time and on spec
• Work closely with Delivery Managers (DM) on the priority and requirements of technical maintenance work and ensure adequate time in sprints
• Facilitate development teams’ understanding of business problems to solve
• Validate requirements and demonstrate them during sprint demos

Key Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as Product Owner
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Experience working in a modern agile software engineering environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable in meeting work needs with a sense of urgency and respecting deadlines
