At SEGULA Technologies, we are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and stakeholder collaboration to drive the delivery of
- value digital solutions. This is a hybrid position based in Porto, with the possibility to work from Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with business priorities and customer needs.

- Lead and coordinate a small team to deliver product features and improvements on time.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support
- making throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Product Owner, with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.

- Team leadership skills, with experience managing small teams (4–5 people).

- Previous experience in the Banking sector.

- Understanding of Cloud architectures; knowledge of Payments is a strong plus.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, and adaptability.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (minimum 2 days per week in the office).

- Location: Preferably Porto, but candidates based in Lisbon are also welcome.
