We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal!

Responsibilities include:

• Gather functional and non-functional requirements, maintain and verify requirements.
• Manage Product Backlog: formulate backlog items and prioritize them based on business objectives.
• Backlog Refinement: prioritize, enhance, and finalize items before sprint planning.
• Define Acceptance Criteria for the product features.
• Define Sprint Objectives.
• Review and approve work done by the development team, inspecting product increments in each iteration.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Create and maintain Epics, Stories, Use Cases, and Edge Cases.

Experience: At least 3 years as a Product Owner or similar role (Business Analyst, System Analyst).

Technical understanding required in:

• Requirements lifecycle
• Scrum and Agile methodologies
• User experience principles
• Coding and designing (nice to have)

Skills: Analytical skills, leadership without managerial authority, professional certification (PSPO level 1 or similar) is a plus.
