Join our dynamic global organization as the Product Owner - Strategic Demand Planning Compression Field Services, based in either Lisbon, Portugal, or Elblag, Poland. In this pivotal role, you will harness
- driven insights to optimize the utilization of our compression field service employees.

You will forecast resource demand and craft
- term strategies that enhance operational efficiency. Imagine blending your analytical expertise with strategic thinking to ensure our field service operations align seamlessly with both short and
- term business goals, while adapting to market dynamics.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Develop
    - term service demand forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and business growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with field service leadership to align hiring, competency management, and retention strategies with future service demands.
  • Utilize predictive analytics to anticipate service peaks, maintenance cycles, and unplanned outage needs.
  • Align demand planning with business objectives to enhance service efficiency and profitability.
  • Design strategic workforce planning models to ensure optimal availability and deployment of field employees.
  • Partner with regional field service management to optimize skill distribution across service regions, enhancing response capabilities.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with a general technical understanding of installation, commissioning, operations, and field maintenance activities.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze complex data and generate concise insights for
    - making;



    minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role, preferably in the field service industry.
  • Proven project management experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with
    - functional teams and building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong
    - solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges and proficiency in systems such as Excel, Power
    Point, Tableau, and Power BI.
