We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the vision, strategy, and success of our gaming products. This role is pivotal in ensuring our games continue to deliver meaningful,
- free experiences to players across the globe.

The Product Owner will be responsible for managing the product backlog, conducting market research, defining product features, and collaborating with
- functional teams to ensure timely and
- quality delivery.

• Define, manage and prioritise the product backlog, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and user needs.
• Collaborate closely with design, development, and marketing teams to deliver
  - quality products.
• Create and communicate clear product roadmaps.
• Track KPIs and product performance metrics to ensure continuous value delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, refinements, retrospectives).
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Master’s degree or Postgraduate in Marketing or Business Management (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in Product Management within an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical skills and business analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for gaming and
  - centric design.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
  

• Certifications in Scrum/Product Ownership (e. g. , PSPO, CSPO).
• Familiarity with tools such as ‍Asana, Jira, Trello, Aha!, Confluence.
