We are currently hiring a Product Owner to join our I&E HUB in Lisbon.

What do we do on our team?

To drive innovation and unlock the full potential of Software-Defined Vehicles, a near Vehicle Interface Platform is essential for all TRATON brands. This platform serves as the backbone, weaving together multiple layers—from cloud based components to frontend components. The heart of this initiative lies in simplifying complexity. By offering seamless, standardized APIs and a suite of versatile services, features, and tools, the platform empowers each brand to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional value to their customers and accelerating the launch of
- driven solutions.

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive people to be part of the team responsible for kicking off this journey to deliver a secure and stable platform for other applications, brand specific services and developers.

Responsibilities

• Technically, economically and qualitatively responsible for the success of a digital product.
• You and your product team take care of existing features and develop new ones in Dev
  Ops mode.
• Examine new concepts regarding technical, economic feasibility.
• Coordinate the stakeholders, other teams within an agile framework including the interfaces to the V-Model.
• Write user stories and transform complex problems into clear, understandable objectives. You will apply your (thought) leadership skills and continuously expand them.

Qualifications

• You have a combination of analytical skills and pragmatism, strong teamwork and creativity as well as presentation skills in English (German is a plus).
• You can confidently apply agile methods and tools in the SW development and innovation environment.
• You have experience with KPI’s in the SW Development environment.
• You can demonstrate experience with digital products, from idea to successful market launch, in an international context. Ideally, with a focus on Io
  T and connectivity in the automotive sector.
• Has an Agile and Dev
  Ops mindset.
• Experience with SAFe framework is a plus.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Certification as a Product Owner is required.
• Knowledge of a common programming language is a plus (e. g. Java, Kotlin or Python).
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
