The Team

We are a distributed team of 120+ product professionals, including 35+ engineers. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus. Many of our developers bring 5–10+ years of experience, and we foster a culture of deep technical curiosity and knowledge sharing.

About The Role

As a Product Owner at Fundraise Up, you will be the driving force behind critical platform features, guiding them from initial concept to successful launch. You will work at the intersection of business strategy, user experience, and engineering to deliver
- impact functionality for the world’s leading nonprofit organizations.

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of the feature lifecycle, managing everything from discovery and user validation to a successful delivery and post‑launch analysis.
• Collaborate daily with designers, analysts, and engineers to translate user stories and business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Own and meticulously manage the product backlog, ensuring development priorities align with the strategic roadmap.
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team.
• Serve as the central point of contact for your features, ensuring stakeholders across the organization are aligned and informed.
• Define success metrics and work with analysts to measure the impact of delivered features, using data to inform future decisions.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all product requirements and processes.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, preferably within a Saa
  S, enterprise software, or fintech environment.
• Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile principles and proven experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Execution: Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, detailed user stories and product requirements.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross‑functional teams toward a common goal.
• Ownership: A strong sense of ownership, high attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality products.
• Language: Russian as a native language and fluency in English (C1) are required for effective team collaboration.
• Remote Work: Comfortable and effective working in a remote‑first, distributed team environment.
