YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our teams in Lisbon. Your main responsibilities will be:

1. Define and prioritize product backlog based on business needs and stakeholder input.
2. Collaborate with agile teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of user stories.
3. Conduct user research to understand UX/UI requirements and ensure product functionality and intuitiveness.
4. Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

YOUR PROFILE

• Academic background in Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or Economics.
• 5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience in projects with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design and tools.
• Ability to create clear and
  - defined stories in the backlog.
• Fluent in Portuguese.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
