Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, working with the business and end‑users to understand their needs and processes.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to challenge and define the scope of the project(s) using appropriate elicitation and documentation techniques to ensure full business and technical understanding.
• Write user stories in Jira and confirm understanding of requirements with users as part of the required analysis to design the IT solution.
• Define, execute, and document the functional test plan, including regression tests in coordination with the regression tester.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a product owner or Business Analyst.
• Demonstrated experience in producing technical design specifications.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of database management systems and application integration.
• Experience in agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN).
• Ability to work under high pressure on timeliness and quality of deliveries.
• Proven experience in the telecom industry is ideal.
