About the Position:

To support and respond to our needs, we are now looking for a Product Owner Assistant to join a dynamic team in the Porto area, under a hybrid arrangement.

What are your responsibilities?

• Support the design and evolution of the platform to meet operational and compliance needs;
• Deliver enhancements according to the roadmap and communicate timelines and priorities clearly;
• Build autonomy by mastering the tool, identifying improvements and communicating limitations;
• Share planning updates accurately to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables;
• Prioritise the One
  Trust backlog in line with business and compliance objectives;
• Document technical processes and configurations to enable knowledge sharing;
• Provide technical training and support to internal users and operational teams, including those focused on DORA;
• Ensure all work complies with
  - privacy and regulatory requirements (e. g. , GDPR, DORA).

What we are looking for?

• 2+ years of experience with the One
  Trust platform, ideally at senior/master level;
• Proven background as a One
  Trust administrator or developer, preferably with product ownership or technical lead exposure;
• Strong technical skills in One
  Trust configuration, administration and workflow optimization;
• Experience working in
  - paced environments, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines;
• Integration experience with other privacy or risk tools is an advantage;
• Good English level (B2);
• Confident in delivering training and supporting knowledge transfer;
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills;
• Proactive, reliable and
  - oriented;
• Knowledge of DORA requirements is a plus;
