Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Owner to join an exciting international project within a leading company in the logistics and technology sector.

The position focuses on the business customer portal for Germany and Austria, the central online channel for customers to manage parcel shipping. This portal plays a key role in the company’s digital transformation journey.

What you will do:

• Drive the product vision and strategy for the customer portal;
  
  
• Ideate and validate new features with business stakeholders and customers;
  
  
• Create and deliver a
  - driven Product Roadmap in close collaboration with the development team;
  
  
• Lead the replacement and modernization of legacy systems;
  
  
• Align and collaborate continuously with other product teams across the organization;
  
  
• Champion agile principles and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What you are like:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally in digital platforms,
  - commerce portals, or
  - facing applications;
  
  
• A value creation mindset focused on delivering tangible benefits to business customers;
  
  
• Experience withheterogeneous system landscapes and B2X environments;
  
  
• Technical understanding, especially in frontend development and API integration;
  
  
• Experience using agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence;
  
  
• Excellent communication and soft skills, with a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement;
  
  
• Fluency in English.
