Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and
- driven Product Owner (PO) to join our team. As a key member of the product development process, the Product Owner is responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the development team delivers value to the business and users.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.

Manage, prioritize, and refine the product backlog based on stakeholder input, user needs, and business value.

Collaborate closely with
- functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders.

Write clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Serve as the voice of the customer and ensure that product decisions are
- centric.

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily
- ups.

Analyze product performance and gather feedback to inform continuous improvement.

Ensure timely delivery of product features and releases.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in product management.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to prioritize and make
- offs based on business value and technical constraints.

Analytical mindset with a focus on
- driven
- making.

Experience with product management tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc. ).

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
