Nice to have background

• 1–3 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or related role within an agile environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e. g. , Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar).
• Product Owner certification (e. g. , Scrum. org, Scrum Alliance, SAFe) or strong willingness to obtain one within the first 6–12 months.
• Foundational knowledge of product management principles and agile methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with
  - functional teams (e. g. , engineering, design, QA, support).
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills; ability to break down complex processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable conveying ideas to both technical and
  - technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to organize work, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Eagerness to learn from senior product leaders and grow within the product function.
• Interest in user experience, digital products, and continuous product improvement.
• Adaptable,
  - oriented, and proactive in a
  - paced, evolving environment.
• Proven expertise in the core functionalities for Fundamentals on our ERP systems.
• Demonstrated proficiency in user interface design, component architecture, and design systems.
