What are we looking for?

3+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within software development.

Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Proven expertise in backlog management at both team and feature levels.

Strong skills in requirement analysis, documentation, and creating clear artifacts such as user stories and features.

Proficiency in using technical tools like Jira and Confluence for managing backlogs, requirements, and documentation.

Experience in stakeholder management, fostering effective communication and alignment.

Ability to actively participate in and moderate agile ceremonies (e. g. , Refinement, Planning, Review, Estimations).

Experience representing the team in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) meetings (e. g. , ART Sync, PI-Planning) is highly valued.

Fluent in English (minimum B2+ level) is mandatory.

Experience working in a SAFe context will be considered a significant advantage.

Willingness to travel to Germany for
- person Pre-Plannings (approximately once every three months) is a plus.
