The Opportunity:

The Product Sales Specialist will contribute to the development and expansion of the business in the in vitro diagnostics area, particularly in Anatomical Pathology Lab, promoting Roche’s portfolio amongst its customers and partners. Your main responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Identify opportunities and promote Roche’s solutions for Anatomo-Pathology.
• In the labs within the assigned territory (from Leiria to Algarve), articulate a narrative to demonstrate the operational and clinical value of Roches’ solutions, seeking to
  - create with customers.
• Install with high technical and scientific ability the required applications and ensure appropriate training along the lifecycle of the installed solutions.
• Enhance customer experience to foster Roche’s position in the market by organically expanding our footprint in close collaboration with other colleagues in the organisation.
• Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in Anatomo - Pathology to strengthen the knowledge of Roche Solutions.

Who you are:

• You have a degree in Life Sciences (e. g. , Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences) or a related discipline (e. g. , Medical Engineering, Biotechnology).
• You're experienced working in Anatomo-Pathology laboratories, preferably with Immunohistochemistry exposure. Familiarity with Digital Pathology is advantageous.
• Understanding the “digital health” concept and experience with relevant workflows and applications will also be considered a plus.
• With a strong customer orientation and focus on sales and customer experience, you have high business acumen with expertise in sales and
  - sales support in areas where operational excellence is critical to ensure not only a smooth customer experience but also the functioning of the operation itself in the long run.
• With a collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills, you demonstrate the ability to cultivate
  - term and trustful relationships.
• You are proficient in using analytical tools to autonomously extract and interpret data to manage the business in the assigned accounts.
• You are fluent in both Portuguese and English, being able to confidently present and communicate effectively to various audiences.

Note: position based in Lisbon, covering the South territory - from Leiria to Algarve. Home residence required in the Lisbon district.
