MAIN PURPOSE
The Candidate will join the Richemont IT department (Grp
Tech) as a Product Specialist Logistics Article.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acting as a Product Specialist
- Consulting Expertise
- Provide consulting expertise in one or several core areas of MDM;
- Recommendand implement best practice solutions by preserving as much SAP standard functionality as possible. Proposed solutions should allow smooth execution of the process within the respective Richemont business framework and generate as little support, 2nd and 3rd level as possible;
- Ensure data quality in the article master data;
- Template Solution
- Design and implement new template functionalities and improve existing functionalities;
- Define test scripts and test conditions;
- Complete related documentation;
- Handover to support teams and communicate to the Wiki team (Knowledge Management) if applicable;
- Global Rollout
- Support Global Rollout of Gemini by deploying existing Gemini functions and processes to Richemont entities;
- Prepare, document, and execute assessment workshops. Work out required change management processes;
- Identify gaps with the template and propose solutions to cover business needs and secure a global, consistent, performing template solution;
- Prepare, complete, and execute key user training documentation. Define and complete test scripts;

- Support
- Address and solve incidents on the Gemini solution by identifying the underlying root cause;
- Identify, address, and solve design issues to improve application stability and solution performance;
- Communicate andrespect solution deadlines to business by using the Richemont support infrastructure;
- Run 3rd level support (take, manage, and solve helpdesk calls);
- Comply with OSBF department internal change and environment management guidelines;
- Taking Ownership of Integration Topics
- Contribute to the Richemont Template in his/her respective area by proposing and implementing solutions that satisfy business requirements, enforce the template approach, respect the software standard as much as possible, and maximize the stability of the future solution;
- Anticipate and ensure integration with other potentially impacted areas.
- Supports Internal Processes and Methodology
- Applies and promotes internal processes;
- Supports methodology and enforces reusability;
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in Information Technology or Engineering or equivalent;
- Working knowledge of integration points;
- Analytical and
- solving skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Proven experience in managing teams (projects or within an IT organization);
- Solid integration knowledge with R/3 / ECC modules;
- Credibility as a central contact for the business;
- Solid knowledgeof SAP Retail Article Master Data;
- A minimumof 4-6 years of experience in delivering SAP solutions with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the area of material master data management;
