MAIN PURPOSE

Richemont is looking for a talented and highly motivated Product Specialist to join our enthusiastic and dynamic Omnichannel Content Foundations (OCF) team in Lisbon.

As a Business Analyst / Configuration Analyst, you should have the ability to interpret brand and user requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. You will also implement or modify features or data within a PIM/DAM Saa
S tool.

You should have proven analytical skills and thrive on
- solving, understanding business use cases, and translating these into tasks for execution by product specialists or yourself through tool configuration.

Your communication skills will ensure that challenges and requirements are well understood by the team, contributing to the development of effective solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and clarify business needs, preparing documents such as functional and technical specifications, mapping files, use cases, user stories, wireframes, process flows, and product backlogs.
• Support Project Managers, POs, and Solution Architects in translating business requirements into specifications.
• Assist Product Specialists, Developers, and Support Teams in implementing or updating features.
• Support Architects and Developers in developing and improving activities.
• Assist in collating
  - hoc reports.
• Create Proof Of Concept based on business requirements.
• Implement project processes and best practices.
• Adhere to policies, guidelines, and procedures during development.
• Create support tickets for bugs and follow up on them.
• Create and update tickets in Jira.
• Support testing activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• B. Sc. or M. Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Specialist.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative and international environment.
• Strong analytical,
  - solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in delivering implementations that meet Saa
  S content project success factors, including improved data quality, publishing workflow, and content management.
• Basic knowledge of
  - driven architectures and system integration.
• Experience with data integration and PIM/DAM systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to contribute to team efforts.
• Initiative,
  - confidence, adaptability, and ability to handle changing priorities while identifying new opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
