For a country support role, based in Lisbon (or surroundings), we are looking for a Product Specialist to be hired under a fixed‑term contract.

The Product Specialist covers a technical role of primary importance; his/her main purpose is to provide technical assistance for CRM product implantation activities (PM and ICD) and for follow up, support on Arrhythmia Assessment area (holter, blood pressure monitors and event recorders) and to support some marketing activities as technical translations.

• Technical support in the implantation room for Defibrillators and Pacemakers
• Technical support at ICD and PM follow‑ups
• Technical support on Arrhythmia Assessment area
• Emergency intervention for any technical issues
• Product presentations (to customers and sales force)
• Updating of programming systems
• Participation in conferences and meetings to support the marketing department while implementing customer relations
• Monitoring and updating of the marketing documentation (translations and management)
• Willingness to continuously travel to ensure customer technical support
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Initiative and sales proactivity
