Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and clarify business needs, preparing documents such as functional and technical specifications, mapping files, use cases, user stories, wireframes, process flows, and product backlog.
- Support Project Managers, Product Owners, and Solution Architects in translating business requirements into specifications.
- Assist Product Specialists, Developers, and Support Team members in implementing or updating features.
- Support Architects and Developers in developing and improving activities.
- Assist in collating
- hoc reports. - Create Proof Of Concept based on given Business requirements.
- Implement project processes and best practices.
- Adhere to policies, guidelines, and procedures during development.
- Create support tickets for bugs and follow up on them.
- Create and update tickets in Jira.
- Support testing activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Specialist.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative and international environment.
- Strong analytical,
- solving, and organizational skills. - Experience with Saa
S content projects, including data quality, publishing workflow, and content management. - Basic knowledge of
- driven architectures and system integrations. - Experience with data integration and PIM/DAM systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate initiative, adapt to changing priorities, and identify new opportunities.
