Job Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and clarify business needs, preparing documents such as functional and technical specifications, mapping files, use cases, user stories, wireframes, process flows, and product backlog.
2. Support Project Managers, Product Owners, and Solution Architects in translating business requirements into specifications.
3. Assist Product Specialists, Developers, and Support Team members in implementing or updating features.
4. Support Architects and Developers in developing and improving activities.
5. Assist in collating
   - hoc reports.
6. Create Proof Of Concept based on given Business requirements.
7. Implement project processes and best practices.
8. Adhere to policies, guidelines, and procedures during development.
9. Create support tickets for bugs and follow up on them.
10. Create and update tickets in Jira.
11. Support testing activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Specialist.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative and international environment.
• Strong analytical,
  - solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Saa
  S content projects, including data quality, publishing workflow, and content management.
• Basic knowledge of
  - driven architectures and system integrations.
• Experience with data integration and PIM/DAM systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate initiative, adapt to changing priorities, and identify new opportunities.
