Job Description
Job Family Definition: Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Responsible for delivering technical support and leadership in creating and implementing technology solutions tailored to meet customers' business needs. As a trusted advisor, establish and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. Stay updated on
- edge technologies and industry/market knowledge. Contribute to the company's solutions portfolio by sharing technical knowledge gained from customer projects. Shape technical direction and strategies within the organization and for external customers. Maintain high chargeability levels and help meet or exceed revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Contribute to profitability by generating new business opportunities and supporting deal proposals.

Contributions impact technical components of HPE products, solutions, or services. Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex issues and be recognized as a SME. Provide expertise to project teams and participate in
- functional initiatives. Exercise independent judgment and may provide team leadership and mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Verify and implement detailed technical design solutions.
- Provide detailed technical designs for enterprise solutions.
- Act as Principal Consultant, analyzing and developing enterprise technology solutions.
- Lead technical assessments and delivery of solutions to customers.
- Manage team structure and lifecycle stages for high performance.
- Coordinate implementation of installations, designs, and migrations.
- Offer technical consulting on proposals, solution design, and system tuning.
- Contribute to company strategy.
- Analyze customer needs and develop solutions using various industry products.
- Engage in technical
- solving across multiple technologies. - Share knowledge within the community and contribute to knowledge sharing and conferences.
- Create and support sales activities, manage bids, and grow the portfolio.
