What's the role:The role of a Support Specialist within Rauva is to serve as the frontline advocate for our users, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and empathetic support. As a

- focused professional, you will troubleshoot issues, provide clear guidance on our financial products and technologies, and collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvements in our support processes. This role is integral to maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering
- term relationships with our users. Your Responsibilities:1. Customer Support: Engage with customers to provide assistance, and ensure an outstanding customer experience, both through chat and over the phone. 2. Technical Troubleshooting: Apply strong technical knowledge to identify and resolve issues related to our products and technologies, offering clear and concise guidance to customers while troubleshooting problems effectively. 3. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions. Provide regular reports to the Support Lead, highlighting recurring problems and suggesting improvements to enhance overall support efficiency. Whats your ideal background? 1. Fluent in Portuguese and English are mandatory (written and spoken)2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support (banking/fintech industry)3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written4. Adaptability to handle changing priorities and responsibilities5. Collaborative spirit to work effectively with other teams6. Attention to detail and accuracy7. Effective time management for handling multiple inquiries
