A start up agriculture company. As Quality Production Leader, I manage one of suppliers in order to guarantee reliable product quality and I improve sustainable development in production. I ensure the customer satisfaction by providing the product quality meet customer expectation. I ensure Human responsibility and Environment level of our suppliers to meet Decathlon's requirements.

Responsibilities

• ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: By identifying the risks and managing solution finding, I make my suppliers autonomous and improve continuously their performance (Quality, Sustainable development, Process).
• Supplier management (performance, production control plan, assessments, derogations) Customer satisfaction
• Product Homologation
• Chemical risk management
• Sustainable development
• Risk Analysis & Management
• I improve the current process using different problem solving tools and methodologies.
• I understand contexts and structure the annual negotiation plan with my suppliers and external partners
