LEONI Portugal, a leading company in the commercial vehicle wiring sector, is looking to strengthen its team with a Production Engineer.

The candidate's main responsibilities will be to create/develop and implement the production concept for new projects, monitor production and relevant KPIs, optimise the production process and implement continuous improvement processes and Lean methodologies.

Job description:

Member of multidisciplinary teams for the industrialisation of new products;

Analysis and optimisation of production processes;

Participation in layout changes and optimisation;

Analysis of production capacity;

Support for daily management activities.

Profile:

Degree in Engineering and Industrial Management (preferred) or similar;

Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing

Proficiency in MS Office

Ability to manage teams, communicate, make decisions, and resolve problems and conflicts;

Autonomy, proactivity, and sense of responsibility

Fluent in English
