In order to maintain its high standards, Superior Wellness in Portugal is looking to reinforce the team with a Production Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership of the production team;
• Production monitoring;
• Production management;
• Structuring and organising tasks and work stations;
• Optimising and standardising processes;
• Structured problem solving;
• Reporting to the factory director.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Dynamism and proactivity;
• Ability to learn and adapt;
• Communication skills and critical thinking;
• Higher education in Mechanical Engineering and/or Industrial Engineering and Management;
• Knowledge of Lean and Quality tools;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English (eliminatory factor).
