Overview

Mission Respond to technical requirements throughout all stages of the product lifecycle. Responsible for daily production and operations, with
-
- end accountability (Build – Industrialization – Run). Ensure the operability of solutions in RUN mode (CMDB updates, documentation, management of obsolescence and vulnerabilities) – Operational Maintenance (MCO). Incident and problem management (ITIL V4). Guarantee business continuity (PSI). Perform scheduled interventions occasionally (outside business hours). Ensure proper automation of production deployments and perform these actions when necessary (scheduling, automation). Support the entity in solution development in coordination with the Project Manager / Scrum
Ops. Act as a technical integrator. Carry out monitoring activities (TANDEM, SAP, and SAS). Ensure compliance with Dev
Ops best practices and standards (culture, automation, security, observability).

Qualifications

• Profile Open systems (Windows, Linux – TOMCAT, Apache, etc. ).
• Experience with Control-M CFT (data flow transfer).
• Public Cloud (AWS, GCP) and Kubernetes experience.
• Dynatrace.
• ITIL V4 certification.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
• Functional analysis skills; ability to understand
  - application functional interactions.
• Rigor and availability; proactive mindset, advisory capacity, initiative.
• Technological watch, management of platform and framework obsolescence.
• Compilation and build procedures; incident/anomaly analysis and diagnostic skills; proactive incident resolution.
• Reporting and communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to manage coordination and requests from Application Managers.
