RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize production planning in line with company strategy and quality standards. Ensure materials are available for production orders while controlling costs. Monitor maintenance of equipment and ensure proper execution. Collaborate with Marketing and Finance to align production with sales and deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or related field. Experience in manufacturing. Leadership, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills. Excel and ERP knowledge. Responsible, proactive, and organized.
