Production Manager Assistant

Your job :
Within the Production department, you will participate in the work related to production and quality matters, logistics and supplying and you will support the team in general regarding upcoming orders and new product industrialisation.
You will report to two Production Managers and work closely with them to help ensure the smooth processing of orders for all clients.
As the Production Manager Assistant, you will be immersed in a dynamic environment and will be challenged in an
- evolving industry. You will be given the opportunity to evolve according to your adaptation and willingness to do so, but your main responsibilities will be the following.
Your main responsibilities :
- Order management support:
Production order processing: Receiving customer orders from the Production Managers, entering them into our ERP system, and placing supplier orders.
Documentation tracking and management: Monitoring and handling all necessary documentation for orders (DLT, REACH, Supplier attestations).
- Production samples logistics:
All productions require technical adjustments. The production department is responsible for coordinating with suppliers to prepare these products to ship to our clients. You will be in charge of preparing shipments (packages, labels, and photos) for clients and ensuring smooth internal communication regarding the dispatch of these samples.
- Production Testing and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Compliance:
Coordinate the preparation of materials and products for testing purposes, liaising with various laboratories to ensure compliance with our quality and CSR standards.
Follow the audit process, from planning to execution, ensuring all production activities meet our CSR objectives. This includes obtaining necessary certifications and ensuring continuous compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Traceability: Provide mandatory information regarding material composition and production to our clients through their usual partners (Fairly
Made)
- Production Communication System:
Your role will be to ensure proper
- up and updates on production topics (project creation, information updates, and more) within our internal communication tool.
- Returns and repairs:
We are committed to delivering a full customer service experience to our clients, including the repair of defective shoes when necessary. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving returned pairs, coordinating with the appropriate suppliers, and ensuring repairs are carried out promptly and efficiently so the products can be shipped back to clients without delay.
What will you bring to the team?
- A positive mindset, great communication skills and
- term vision. - A specialisation CSR is a plus.
- An experience in project management : rigorous, determined and comfortable with responsibilities.
- A quick and flexible learner, intellectually curious,
- minded, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and risk, and excited by dynamic change - Fluent in English and Portuguese. French is a great plus, but is not mandatory.
