About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Production Manager to lead our production operations and manufacturing teams, ensuring the achievement of quality, deadline, and cost objectives. You will play a key role in coordinating resources, optimizing processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise production activities, ensuring compliance with production, quality and efficiency plans;
• Manage operational teams, promoting skills development and compliance with safety standards, internal and client requirements;
• Optimize production processes with a focus on continuous improvement and waste reduction;
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, promoting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable action plans;
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions;
• Coordination with other departments to ensure an integrated and efficient production flow;
• Support in defining production strategies and participating in innovation and industrial automation projects;
• Develop improvement plans for the efficient consumption of materials, equipment and people.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering and Management;
• Strong experience (+5 years) in management roles within production, in automotive industrial environments;
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards;
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is preferred;
• Proficiency in English (mandatory);
• Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft tools;
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies, 6S, and continuous improvement practices;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• Strong critical sense, decision making and
  - solving skills;
• Analytical ability and
  - driven approach.
