- growing environment. Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of the production process. - Foster strong
- functional collaboration across departments. - Ensure compliance with company policies, Health & Safety standards, SOPs/QMS, and legal/certification requirements. - Execute the Production Plan efficiently, proactively resolving any issues or delays. - Monitor and improve team performance through coaching, mentoring, and proactive leadership. - Track and report production KPIs regularly to executive management. - Ensure the safe and effective use of production equipment and promote a strong safety culture. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the team and operations. Requirements- Education in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field. - Solid experience in a GMP-regulated production environment. - Previous experience in medical cannabis production is a strong plus. - Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written). - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Strong communication skills across diverse cultural and functional teams. - Analytical mindset with excellent
