• Oversee production operations ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
• Manage materials and resources to optimize production costs.
• Supervise equipment maintenance and production workflow.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Finance to align production with business objectives.

Qualificações:

• Degree in Engineering Management, Economics or related field.
• Leadership, communication, planning, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
• Organized, proactive and responsible.
