Your role in our team

As a Production Planning Trainee, you will play a key role in developing a reliable and
- driven planning process to support Körber’s
- growing Make to Order Assembly and Manufacturing Operations. You will contribute to an efficient monitoring of production progress and coordinating resources effectively. This training program offers the opportunity to develop new features on our current tools (e. g. , internal manufacturing indicators), but also support the implementation of advanced scheduling solutions that will enable more detailed and strategic
- making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of advanced scheduling solutions for production department to enable more detailed and strategic
  - making
• Collaborate in sustainable Planning Decisions
• Participate in internal improvement projects with the planning team
• Ensure rigorous and high quality data to be used as basis to important
  - level decisions
• Identify optimal work sequences and resource allocation for production master plan
• Monitor production progress and ensure alignment with production master plan, in collaboration with Sales, Project Management, Engineering and Supply Chain stakeholders
• Identify requisites and support the implementation of a new MES
• Create new routines to monitor production progress
• Create new capacity indicators for insourcing manufacturing
• Assist in the calculation and analysis of planning KPIs

Your profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in MSPower
  BI and MS Project is a plus
• Solid Skills in Ms Excel
• Clear, concise, and collaborative communication
• Natural curiosity and a questioning mindset – we value people who seek to understand deeply and improve continuously
