Production Supervisor

Oversee and enhance manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products, ensuring full compliance with applicable procedures, effective team supervision, operational efficiency and the attainment of quality and performance objectives.

Impact you’ll make

• Oversee production and packaging operations, ensuring
  - time delivery and consistent product quality
• Provide effective training and foster the development of team members
• Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of equipment and facilities
• Review relevant production documentation to guarantee accuracy and compliance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role with team management responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and IT proficiency
• Fluency in English
• Organizational skills
• Teamwork and collaboration
